Overview

The Hackensack, New Jersey office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® firm designated one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Business Litigation Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience handling commercial and business litigation matters. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. 

 

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking to grow with an expanding practice. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in and oversee written discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments.

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA approved Law School
  • Must be admitted to the NJ bar
  • 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
  • Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
