Overview

The Dallas office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® firm designated one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing employment law. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

 

KD’s Labor and Employment practice includes employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour defense, as well as traditional employment law matters.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload by working cases from inception through resolution. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in and oversee written discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments, as well as participate in trials.

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA approved Law School
  • Admitted in Texas
  • A minimum of 5 years of employment or general liability litigation experience
  • Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
