Overview

The Delaware office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® firm designated one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience. This associate will work in the following practice areas: corporate litigation, employment litigation, professional liability defense, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution. Handle extensive discovery practice. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in Delaware.
  • Law Review and/or Moot court preferred.
  • Outstanding research and writing skills.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
