The Los Angeles and Torrance offices of Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a nationally recognized law firm named by U.S. News as one of the “Best Companies to Work For – Law Firms,” are seeking an experienced Professional Liability Attorney with 4+ years of experience in business litigation. Experience in legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters is highly preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing national firm of over 200 attorneys, while working closely with a highly collaborative team, focused on delivering top-tier legal representation, and fostering a strong culture of teamwork.
Responsibilities
Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates.
Taking and defending depositions.
Participating in motion practice and trials.
Handling a diverse range of professional liability matters, including claims involving attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, and real estate agents.

Target Hiring Range: $150,000 - $210,000.
