Professional Liability Attorney

The Los Angeles and Torrance offices of Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a nationally recognized law firm named by U.S. News as one of the “Best Companies to Work For – Law Firms,” are seeking an experienced Professional Liability Attorney with 4+ years of experience in business litigation. Experience in legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.

• Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates.

• Taking and defending depositions.

• Participating in motion practice and trials.

• Handling a diverse range of professional liability matters, including claims involving attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, and real estate agents.

Target Hiring Range: $150,000 - $210,000.

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
