Overview

The San Francisco office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® firm designated one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Part-Time or hourly Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Labor & Employment, Professional Liability and/or Commercial Litigation.  The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload by working cases from inception through resolution. Handle extensive discovery practice, court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

 

Note: Hybrid or Remote work option.

 

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA accredited law school.
  • 4+ years of litigation experience in general or professional liability, employment or commercial litigation.
  • Admitted to practice in California.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The hourly range for this position is $100 - $125 per hour.  Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
