This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, forward-thinking group of professionals at a firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. Our Dallas office is expanding, and we’re looking for an attorney ready to build a long-term career in employment litigation with a nationally recognized team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and handle oral arguments in state and federal courts.
  • Lead cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout.

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA approved Law School.
  • Admittance in Texas.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of employment or general liability litigation experience.
  • Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills .
