Overview

The Oakland office of Kaufman Dolowich, recognized as one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Litigation Partner with a minimum of 10 years of defense litigation in Labor & Employment, Commercial Litigation, General Liability and/or CGL. Portable business is not required.

 

The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. KD has a strong infrastructure, excellent support staff, and a unique and collegial culture that results in a strong track record of integrating lateral attorneys.

 

Hybrid or Remote work option. Location is flexible. If admitted in CA, attorneys can work out of any state where we have a firm office.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience, preferably in Employment Litigation, Commercial Litigation and/or General Liability.
  • Strong leadership skills and supervisory skills.
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in California.

The total annual compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000.  Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
