Qualifications

  • J.D. from a top ABA accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the CA Bar. 
  • Extensive experience with commercial, corporate and real estate transactions.
  • Superior academic credentials and excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Target Hiring Range: $225,000 - $265,000.

 

Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific offer. Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications. Base salary represents just one component of the comprehensive Total Rewards package offered by Kaufman Dolowich, which also includes a discretionary bonus, business generation commissions and a robust benefits offering for full-time employees.
