We are hiring for an Associate Attorney, with a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience, to join our Labor and Employment group.

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA accredited Law School with strong academic credentials and on Law Review or Moot Court.
  • Admission to practice law in PA and NJ.
  • Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, defending depositions, and arguing motions.
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes.
  • Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
