Job Responsibilties

• Analyze insurance policies for coverage issues

• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights, and disclaimer letters

• Provide recommendations on coverage strategy

• Draft pleadings and discovery in coverage litigation

• Take and defend depositions in coverage matters

• JD from an ABA accredited law school 
• Admission to the Florida Bar as well as the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida
• First-party property insurance coverage experience in the context of construction defect claims is preferred
