Qualifications

 

  • 4+ years of employment litigation experience
  • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree with excellent credentials
  • Candidate must be licensed to practice law in New York
  • Exceptional writing, research, oral and written communication skills 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Experience working on employment litigation matters, including but not limited to EPLI matters
  • Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Participating in mediations, court appearances, motion practice, and trials

Base Salary Range $140,000.00 - $160,000.00

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
