Internal Recruiter – Legal Talent (Remote)

We are seeking a driven Internal Recruiter to help fuel the continued growth of our firm. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting top attorney talent, including mid-level and senior associates as well as lateral partners, across our nationwide offices.

 

You will work closely with firm partners and executive leadership to identify hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage the full recruiting lifecycle.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Source and recruit high-caliber legal talent across multiple markets
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from outreach through hire
  • Partner with leadership on strategic hiring initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience recruiting attorneys
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
