Litigation Partner/Of Counsel

The New York City office of Kaufman Dolowich, a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas, is actively seeking an attorney to join our growing Litigation/Insurance Coverage practice group. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative hybrid work environment.Our attorneys receive meaningful hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and strong mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases as part of team, including conducting court appearances, depositions, and motion practice
• Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights and disclaimers
• Communicate directly with clients, providing proactive timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle

Qualifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar
• 7+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience
• JD degree with excellent academic credentials
• Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Base Salary Range: $210,000 - $275,000
